Le Radici was built in 2012 from the recovery of an old ruin, nowadays our agricultural production is made up of different breeds of animals, a vegetable garden and greenhouse and we offer hospitality, catering and educational activities. It all happens on the alp where we try to be self sufficient: our goal is to produce and serve organic agricultural products in full respect of their natural cycles and health. We raise, hunt and cultivate, we know what we serve and each product has its own story. Quality is made by manual work which in the mountains is necessary and irreplaceable; there are no tricks or machinery, everything follows nature in it season making each dish artisanal and unique.
